Bridget Delaney joins Wellesley as an Athletic Communications Assistant for 2017-2018.

Delaney enters her first year with the Blue after graduating from Lasell College in 2017 with a degree in Sport Management and a minor in Sport Communication. At Lasell, Delaney spent three years working as a game staff member for the athletic department, including a one-year stint as Sports Information intern. During her undergraduate tenure, she also interned with the Bay State Games, serving as the public relations coordinator.

Additionally, Delaney served as President of the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee, and was a four-year member of the Lasell College women’s lacrosse team. In 2016, she backstopped the Lasers to a Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) championship, and was named to the All-Conference Second Team.
