Bio
Lacey Chylack ’88 lives in Durham, NC. She was a four-year member of the field hockey and squash teams at Wellesley while majoring in Studio Art and American Studies. After earning a Master of Industrial Design from Rhode Island School of Design, she spent ten years with Duke University Health System before launching Phase 5 Creative, Inc. For fun, she can be found on the tennis court, working on her backhand.
