Bio

Charlotte Harris ’16, born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio, studied Psychology and Philosophy at Wellesley. She was a member of the swimming and diving team and served as captain her senior year. Charlotte started her career in executive search consulting at Koya Leadership Partners and coached a premiere age group swim team in Boston. In the fall of 2020, Charlotte started a Masters of Nonprofit Administration program at University of Notre Dame, Mendoza College of Business. Charlotte has previously served on the Wellesley Alumnae of Boston Board as well as on the Nominating Committee for the USA Swimming Board of Directors.
