Consistent with college-wide faculty annual assessments, the Department of Physical Education, Recreation and Athletics (PERA) engages in the process of gathering student input. The Learning Experience Reflection (LER) is confidential. It is the responsibility of each student-athlete to be thoughtful and honest in their input. While the SEQ is an important component of the assessment process, communication between the coach, captains and athletes should occur regularly throughout the season. Student-athlete evaluations will be issued at the end of every season and conducted by an administrator of the Department of Athletics.
