Wellesley's Hamilton Selected To Play in NFHCA Senior Game

WELLESLEY, Mass. -- Wellesley College field hockey senior Emmy Hamilton (New York, N.Y.) has been selected to play in the 2017 Victory Sports Tours/National Field Hockey Coaches Association (NFHCA) Division III Senior Game.

The game will take place on Saturday, November 18, at 5:00 PM at Bellarmine University. In all, 60 student-athletes were selected to participate in the game, while 12 were picked as alternates. Six student-athletes selected to the Senior Game made the Longstreth/NFHCA Division III All-America squad in 2016, while 30, including Hamilton, were named to last year's All-Region Team.

Hamilton has appeared in 65 career games for Wellesley, totaling five goals and eight assists. She is a two-time NFHCA DIII New England East All-Region and New England Women's & Men's Athletic Conference (NEWMAC) Second Team selection, who has also earned National and NEWMAC Academic honors in 2015 and 2016. 

Hamilton and the Blue will host Tufts in their next outing on Thursday, October 19, at 4:00 PM.
