MacVicar Earns Liberty League Golf Rookie of the Week Honors

WELLESLEY, Mass. -- Wellesley College golf first year Ryan MacVicar (Tuscaloosa, Ala.) has been named the Liberty League Women's Golf Rookie of the Week for the week ending September 25, 2016. 

MacVicar tied for 20th at the Mount Holyoke Invitational last weekend. She opened with a first round score of 76, good enough for a tie for 5th after Saturday's round. She finished the weekend with an 84, posting the top score of 160 for the Blue as the team finished in fifth overall.

MacVicar and the Blue continue the season on Saturday and Sunday, October 1 & 2 at the the 2016 Williams Invitational. The tournament will be played at Taconic Golf Course in Williamstown, Mass.
