WELLESLEY, Mass. – Wellesley College golf first year Rosey Li (Princeton, N.J.) and sophomore Ryan MacVicar have earned 2018 Liberty League All-Conference second team honors thanks to their top-ten finishes at this year's conference championships at the Par 72, 5,830 yard Oliver D. Appleton Golf Course in Canton, N.Y.

Li was Wellesley's top-finisher at this year's Liberty League Championship with an opening round 77. Li took eighth place thanks to her day one score before poor weather conditions and snow forced the cancellation of Sunday's final round. MacVicar was just one stroke back of Li with a 78 on Saturday, finishing in a tie for ninth to help her earn All-Conference second team accolades for the second time in her two seasons. MacVicar finished in a tie for sixth at the 2017 Liberty League Championships.

Wellesley matched a program-best finish with a third place performance at this year's Liberty League Championship. The Blue also set a new program mark with a combined team score of 317, earning the team's lowest score in a round played away from Nehoiden Golf Course.

The 2018 Liberty League Championship was the final event of the 2017-18 season for the Blue golf program. More information on the 2018 Liberty League Women's Golf Championship can be found at: libertyleagueathletics.com.
