Lacrosse Named IWLCA Academic Honor Squad, Two Named to DIII Honor Roll

Led by senior Lena Engretson (Beaverton, Ore.) and junior Dee Dee Lennon-Jones (Redmond, Wash.), Wellesley College Lacrosse has been named an Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA) Zag Sports Academic Honor Squad for the 2018-19 academic year. Engbretson and Lennon-Jones were each named to the IWLCA Academic Honor Roll for carrying GPAs over 3.50.

The New England Women's & Men's Athletic Conference (NEWMAC) announced the 2019 Women's Lacrosse All-Conference and Postseason awards on Thursday and Wellesley College senior Dacia Persky (Las Vegas, Nev.) has been named to All-Conference Second Team for the second time in her career.
