Wellesley's Bergere Claims First NEWMAC Diver of the Week Award

WELLESLEY, Mass. – Wellesley College swimming & diving first year Noelle Bergere (Madison, Conn.) was named the New England Women's and Men's Athletic Conference (NEWMAC) Women's Diver of the Week for the week ending December 10, 2017. 

Bergere captured her first career victory for the Blue in 3-meter diving, finishing with a score of 253.28 to win the event at a tri-dual last Friday evening with Wheaton and Trinity (Conn.). Bergere was also fourth in 1-meter diving with a score of 179.17. 

Wellesley College swimming and diving will return to action on January 11, 2018 when they host Babson and Coast Guard in a tri-dual at 1:00 PM at Chandler Pool.
