2017-2018: As a junior, had a second place finish in the 100 Y Breast (1:16.24) and the 100 Y Fly (1:05.75) and a third place finish in the 200 Y IM (2:30.43) against Smith on January 13.

2016-2017: As a sophomore, had a fourth place finish in the 50 Y Free (25.56) against Simmons on November 12...posted a first place finish in the 100 Y Breast (1:16.13) and the 100 Y Fly (1:03.73) against Smith on January 14...posted a third place finish in the 50 Y Free (25.83) and a personal best and third place finish in the 100 Y Fly (1:03.06) at the Seven Sisters Championship on January 22...posted a personal record in the 100 Y Free (56.25) and the 100 Y Fly (1:02.10) at the 2017 NEWMAC Championships on February 18.

2015-2016: Made her collegiate debut with a third place finish in the 100 Y Breast (1:14.66) against Simmons on November 14...posted a second place finish in the 50 Y Free (26.15) against Trinity (CT), Clark, and Hamilton on November 21...posted a career best and second place finish in the 100 Y Back (1:05.53) and a second place finish in the 200 Y IM (2:24.55) against Smith on January 9...had a fifth place finish in the 50 Y Free (26.33) at the Seven Sisters Championship on January 23...had a personal best in the 50 Y Back (29.12), the 100 Y Breast (1:13.22), and the 200 Y Breast (2:37.66) at the 2016 NEWMAC Championships on February 20.

Before Wellesley: Attended Chelmsford High School... graduated in 2015... swam for both Chelmsford High School Varsity Swim Team and a club team, first New Wave Swim Club and then Solo Aquatics during all four years of high school...2-time Chelmsford High School Scholar-Athlete Award recipient...as a junior in 2013 received Boston Globe All Scholastic Award, was a MIAA Tournament 2013-2014 Swimming Sectional Finalist, and was a part of the winning team at the 2013 MIAA Division I State Championships... as a senior in 2014 named co-MVP and received Merrimack Valley Conference All-Conference Award.

Personal: Daughter of Ye Zhang and Zhengguo Zhu... born in Champaign-Urbana, Illinois... has a younger brother, Aaron... chose to attend Wellesley because of its supportive community which she believes will help her build confidence and grow as person.
