Blue Tennis Wins Three Matches On Final Day At Morehouse Invitational

WILLIAMSTOWN, Mass. – Wellesley College tennis wrapped-up play at the 2017 Morehouse Invitational, hosted by Williams College, on Sunday afternoon. The Blue played six singles matches against Skidmore and squared off with the host Ephs in three doubles matches. 

Wellesley earned victories in three of the singles matches against the Thoroughbreds, thanks to junior Tristan Lorich (New York, N.Y.), and first years Michelle Buyer (Wilmette, Ill.) and Lily Chu (Princeton, N.J.). For Buyer and Chu the wins were the first of their collegiate careers. Wellesley was swept in doubles play against the Ephs.

The Blue continue the fall season in October at the Bowdoin College Invitational.
