Keenan, Fouda, Ng Run at Princeton's Larry Ellis Invitational

PRINCETON, N.J. -- Three members of the Wellesley College track & field team were in action on Friday evening at the Larry Ellis Invitational, hosted by Princeton University. Senior Priyanka Fouda (Wellesley, Mass.) and juniors Mary Keenan (Boerne, Texas) ran in the 5000m and Sharon Ng (Sunnyvale, Calif.) took part in the 1500m Run.

In the 5000m, Keenan finished with the 23rd fastest time at 17:39.52. Her time was the third fastest among Division III competitors in a field predominantly comprised of Division I competitors. Fouda was 53rd overall with a time of 18:24.58. 

Ng finished 41st overall in the 1500m, taking fifth in her heat with a time of 4:38.46. Her time was fifth among runners from Division III in the event. 

Wellesley track & field will take part in the Aloha Relays tomorrow, Saturday, April 23, at Bowdoin College.
