Marks, Wellesley Track & Field Earn USTFCCCA Academic Honors

The Wellesley College track & field team and sophomore Ari Marks (Eagle Point, Ore.) have been recognized by the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) for their outstanding academic performance during the 2019-20 season.
Four Blue Student-Athletes Receive Camellia Student Leadership Awards

Wellesley College soccer senior Krista Dong (West Orange, N.J.), track & field senior Crystalina Guo (Montgomery, N.J.) and track & field juniors Abigail Parakoyi (Houston, Texas) and Shania Baldwin (Houston, Texas) have each been named recipients of 2020 Wellesley College Camellia Student Leadership Awards.

On March 13, a difficult decision was made to cancel the 2020 spring seasons for six Wellesley Athletics programs. Along with the cancellation of contests, practices and team events, the seniors in the Class of 2020 will miss the opportunity to celebrate Senior Day with their family, friends, coaches and teammates. Today we recognize Wellesley track & field and we hope you will join us in celebrating the spring student-athletes in the Class of 2020. Thank you, Seniors.
Blue Track & Field Lands 11 on NEWMAC Academic All-Conference Team

The New England Women's and Men's Athletic Conference (NEWMAC) has announced the 2020 NEWMAC Women's Track and Field Academic All-Conference Team. The NEWMAC women's track and field student-athletes totaled 144 selections this year, including 11 from the Wellesley College track & field team.

Paradiso Leads Wellesley Track & Field at Tufts Cupid Challenge

Senior Eva Paradiso (Burlington, Vt.) took fifth place in the mile to lead Wellesley College track & field at the Tufts University Cupid Challenge on Saturday afternoon at Gantcher Fieldhouse. Paradiso finished with a PR and a Division III New England Championship (DIII NE) qualifying time of 5:12.68.
