WELLESLEY, Mass. -- Wellesley College volleyball senior Alina Mota (Glendora, Calif.) will attend the 2018 NCAA Division III Student Immersion Program in Indianapolis, Indiana from January 17-20 in conjunction with the 2018 NCAA Convention.

The NCAA Student Immersion Program was created to have selected ethnic minority participants attend the convention to expose them to Division III, the governance structure, Division III members, and receive DiSC training. The goal of this program is for student-athletes who are interested in Division III coaching or administration to work together to diversify the division.

Mota will have the opportunity to network with other students and administrators through career opportunity panels, attend education sessions, and take part in meetings with attendees to work towards the goal of the program.
