Collegiate Personal Records:

• 5K (XC) - 20:23.6: 2018 UMass Dartmouth XC Invite
• 6K (XC) - 23:36.3: 2018 NCAA DIII New England Region Championship

2018: Participated in six events as a sophomore for the Blue...set a 5K PR at the Umass Dartmouth XC Invite (19:54.6)...finished the season with a 6K PR at the NCAA DIII New England Region Championships (23:36.3)...placed 30th at the Roy Griak Invite (6K 24:33.8)

2017: Competed in six events during her first season with the Blue... finished fourth among Wellesley runners with a 27th place time (25:22.1) at the Seven Sisters Championship... closed out the season with back-to-back PRs... finished 42nd with a 5K PR (20:23.6) at the NEWMAC Championships... ended the season with a 6K PR (24:05.7) at the NCAA DIII New England Region Championships. 

Before Wellesley: Attended High School of American Studies... graduated in 2017... was a two-sport athlete in Cross Country and Track and Field... led the Cross Country team to becoming the best in the Bronx as a senior in 2017... was captain of Cross Country and Track during my senior seasons.

Personal: Daughter of Beth and David Shaz... born in Boston, Massachusetts... has two siblings, Jacob and Andrew... chose to attend Wellesley because she wants to be a leader... owns a pet bunny named Peach.
