Cross Country: Competed in 7 events as a junior for the blue...placed 10th overall at the Keene State Invitational to set a 5k PR of 18:43.9...set a 6k PR at the Connecticut College XC Invitational with a time of 22:33.9...placed 8th at the NEWMAC Cross Country Championships (23:04.8) to earn her second All-Conference Honors...finished the season representing the Blue at the NCAA DIII New England Region Championships, placing 39th with a time of 22:36.9...named NEWMAC Runner of the Week (9/16/19).

2018-19

Cross Country: Competed in 7 events as a sophomore for the Blue...won the Seven Sisters Champion with a 6K time of 23:06.0...earned All-Region honors with a 24th place finish at the NCAA DIII New England Region Championships, while setting a 6K PR (22:34.8)...earned NEWMAC All Conference honors with a 9th place finish at the NEWMAC Championships (19:48.2 - 5K).

2017-18

Cross Country: Recorded three personal bests for the season...finished the 1500 with a 5:03.47 time at the 2018 Aloha Relays...clocked in a time of 20:16.42 in the 5000 at the Blue and Silver Challenge...finished the 3000 steeple in 12:37.41 at the 2018 NEWMAC Outdoor Track and Field Championship. 

Indoor Track & Field: Recorded personal bests in three events during her first indoor season... finished the 5000 in 19:54.96 at the Gordon Kelly Invitational... recorded a time of 11:33.74 in the 3000 at the Inaugural Branwen Smith-King Invitational... completed the mile in 5:39.81 at the Tufts Cupid Challenge.

Outdoor Track & Field: Recorded three personal bests for the outdoor season...finished the 1500 with a 5:03.47 time at the 2018 Aloha Relays...clocked in a time of 20:16.42 in the 5000 at the Blue and Silver Challenge...finished the 3000 steeple in 12:37.41 at the 2018 NEWMAC Outdoor Track and Field Championship.

Before Wellesley: Attended Yarmouth High School...graduated in 2017...was a two-sport athlete in cross country running and nordic skiing...participated on the cross country running team for 3 years and participated on the nordic skiing team for 4 years...helped guide Yarmouth High School in Class B State Cross Country Championship as a Junior in 2015...was captain of the Cross-Country team during senior year...was MVP for nordic skiing during senior season...was an all-state cross country runner and nordic skier junior and senior season.

Personal: Daughter of Katy and Tony Cowles...born in Springfield, Massachusetts...has two siblings, Zhi and Sadie Cowles... chose to attend Wellesley because she was inspired and interested in all of the programs offered at Wellesley College.
