Wellness Wednesday #5: Creativity

Wellness Wednesday is a 5-15 minute "activity" each Wednesday that is aimed at exercising the mind in relation to the behaviors of well-being and mental health. Each activity will include practice for you to do during the week.

ACTIVITY:

Have you ever said "I can't do it..."? Well, this week it's time to get creative and believe in your abilities and your attitude!

  1. Read The Creative Spirit Starting to believe? Okay, now it's time to get involved...
  2. Gather a few pieces of paper and a pen and watch the TED Talk: Why People Believe They Can't Draw

This week, try something new. Look for a new way of seeing things. Believe you can, let your imagination wander, daydream, and create!
