Emma Cohen joined Wellesley College Athletics as Coordinator of Facilities and Events as part of NCAA Division III's Ethnic Minorities and Women's Internship Grant program in 2018.

A 2016 graduate of the University of Connecticut (UConn) with a degree in Sport Management, Cohen comes to Wellesley after two years as a graduate assistant at the University of Louisville. While at Louisville, Cohen served as an intern with Facilities Management and as the Director of Operations Assistant for the Cardinals' Women's Basketball program. Cohen brings a wealth of experience with national, regional and conference level events and tournaments, having worked at the 2017 NCAA Gymnastics Regional, NCAA and Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC) Women's Basketball Championships and with ESPN College Football GameDay. She received her Masters of Science in Sport Administration from Louisville in May of 2018 and was also the recipient of the program's Outstanding Graduate Student Award.

As an undergrad at UConn, Cohen was an Event Management Intern during her senior year, assisting the Director of Event Management with varsity events throughout the year. She was responsible for supervising student workers and served as the primary event manager for special events, including UConn's Huskies Fight Hunger charity event. Cohen also helped to plan and execute several postseason tournaments, including the Big East Women's Lacrosse Championship and the American Athletic Conference Track & Field Championships in 2015 and the NCAA Women's Basketball Championships in both 2015 and 2016.
