Eleanor Mallett Named NEWMAC Offensive Athlete of the Week

WELLESLEY, Mass. – Wellesley lacrosse senior Eleanor Mallett (Berwick, Maine) has been named the New England Women's and Men's Athletic Conference (NEWMAC) Offensive Athlete of the Week for the week ending March 13.

Mallett totaled 10 goals and five assists and led the Blue to a pair of victories throughout the week. On Wednesday, the senior scored four goals and added three assists in a 16-5 rout over Curry College. She then backed it up with a season-high six goals and two assist performance in a 16-3 win over New England College.

The Blue are back in action on Saturday, March 19 to host Smith at 12:00 PM.
