First Year Trio Represents Blue Track & Field at BU Terrier Classic

BOSTON, Mass. -- A trio of first years from the Wellesley College track and field team participated at the cross divisional John Thomas Terrier Classic on Friday afternoon at the Boston University Track & Tennis Center.

In the 400m, Dallis Kehoe (Norwell, Mass.) placed 108th with a time of 1:02.51. Kehoe was fourth in her heat. Kathryn Winkler (Bedford, Mass.) followed in the next heat, finishing fifth with a time of 1:03.98 to take 120th overall. 

First year classmate Sally Richardson (Orono, Minn.) was the only Wellesley performer in the 200m, earning a time of 27.75 to take fifth in her heat and 147th overall.

The entire Blue team will travel to the University of Southern Maine tomorrow, January 24, for the USM Invitational. The meet starts with women's high jump at 11:00 AM and track events begin with the 5000m at noon.
