Blue Swimming & Diving Competes in 200 Medley Relay, 200 IM at NCAA Championships

GREENSBORO, N.C. – Wellesley College swimming & diving sophomore Kavita Sekhon (Los Angeles, Calif.) and the 200 Medley Relay team of sophomore Tracey Liu (Princeton, N.J.), Sekhon, sophomore Aubrey Cantrell (Palo Alto, Calif.) and senior Ariana Mitsuoka (Centennial, Colo.) competed on the first day of the NCAA Division III Swimming & Diving Championships.

The event is being held at the Greensboro Aquatic Center, hosted by the Old Dominion Athletic Conference.

Wellesley took 20th with a time of 1:44.95 in the 200 Medley Relay. The Blue narrowly missed out on advancing to the finals.

Sekhon came in 49th in the 200 IM prelims with a time of 2:10.10. Sekhon did not advance to the finals.

The Blue will compete in the 200 Free Relay and 400 Medley events tomorrow. Prelims begin at 10:00 AM.
