Blue Tennis Set to Host Wellesley Invitational this Weekend

WELLESLEY, Mass. -- Wellesley College tennis will host the season opening Wellesley Invitational this weekend, Friday-Sunday, September 15-17, 2023.
Competition will take place at the Wellesley College Tennis Courts beginning Friday at 5:00 PM and will continue on Saturday and Sunday with matches beginning each day at 9:00 AM.
Prior to the start of the matches at 5:00 pm on Friday evening, Wellesley Athletics will hold a brief ribbon cutting ceremony to recognize the reopening of its outdoor tennis courts following an extensive renovation. Made possible by the generous contribution of Amy Batchelor '88, The Amy Batchelor '88, Trustee, Tennis Courts include a new surface for Wellesley's six outdoor courts in addition to new fencing and upgrades to the lighting at the facility.
