Bio

Carter Bartram was named as one of Wellesley College's Assistant Fencing Coaches in 2022. 

Bartram joins the Blue after a two year run as the Head Women's Fencing Coach at Wagner College in Staten Island, N.Y. from 2018-2020. In addition to running the Seahawks' fencing team, Bartram also organized the first ever Brian Palestis Memorial Invitational tournament while at Wagner. Wagner also has experience as a fencing referee, as well being an Assistant Foil Coach at the Fencing Academy of Philadelphia while in high school.

A 2018 graduate of Dartmouth College in Hanover, N.H., Bartram earned his Bachelor's of Arts Degree with a major in Physics. While a member of the Big Green, Bartram was a four year member of Dartmouth's club fencing team, which won the National Collegiate Club Championships in 2018. Bartram also has a Master of Business Administration Degree with a major in Management from Wagner College. 

In his free time, Bartram runs a Youtube channel and website called 'The Foilist TV", where he provides commentary and analysis of high-level international foil fencing.
