Sticco-Ivins Tabbed as ECAC Regional Diver of the Week for Fifth Time

WELLESLEY, Mass. — Wellesley College swimming & diving's Maura Sticco-Ivins has been named ECAC Division III New England Women's Diver of the Week, for the week February 22, 2015. The first year diver from Framingham, Mass. has now earned the regional award five times this season.

Sticco-Ivins was named the 2015 New England Women's and Men's Athletic Conference (NEWMAC) Women's Diver of the Year after winning both the 1-meter and 3-meter diving titles at last weekend's 2015 NEWMAC Championships. Sticco-Ivins captured the 1-meter competition with a score of 493.75 and the 3-meter crown with a mark of 500.50, earning All-Conference First Team selections on both boards. 

Sticco-Ivins and the Wellesley Diving Team will be in action this weekend at the 2015 NCAA Diving Regionals, this Friday and Saturday at Springfield College.
