Four From Blue Swimming & Diving Earn CSC Academic All-District Honors

WELLESLEY, Mass. -- College Sports Communicators (CSC) has released its Academic All-District Women's Swimming & Diving Teams on Tuesday. Among the honorees are Wellesley College swimming & diving seniors McKaela Glanville (Menlo Park, Calif.), Alice Johnson (Seattle, Wash.), Ariana Mitsuoka (Centennial, Colo) and Mira Tang (Mercer Island, Wash.).

The 2024 Academic All-District Women's Swimming & Diving Team, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the field and in the classroom. The award is given to athletes who in addition to being impactful on their respective team, have a cumulative GPA of at least 3.50, and have achieved second year status at their academic institution.

Glanville placed eighth in the 100 Fly and made the "B" finals in the 200 IM and 100 Free at the NEWMAC Championships. Johnson finished sixth in the "B" finals of the 200 Breaststroke at the NEWMAC Championships. Tang claimed sixth in the 100 Back and 10th in the 200 Back at the NEWMAC Championships.

Mitsuoka was part of the 400 Medley Relay team that earned Second Team All-Conference honors at the NEWMAC Championships. Mitsuoka recently competed in the 200 and 400 Medley Relay and 200 and 400 Free Relay races at the 2024 NCAA Division III Championships.
