Before Wellesley: Attended Newton North High School...honor roll student...graduated in 2015...was on the varsity cross country and indoor/outdoor track teams all four years...was captain of cross country during her senior season...competed in MA All-State Finals sophomore and senior year...awarded in national French and Latin exams...participated in the National Piano-Playing Auditions.

Personal: Daughter of Yan Pan and Minjie Xie...born in Montreal, Canada...has an older sister named Christie Xie who attended Babson College...chose to attend Wellesley because of the unique traditions, sense of community, and intriguing courses...bilingual...favorite movie: "About Time"...favorite TV show: "Sherlock"...enjoys traveling, baking, and creative writing... received the Carlo François Prize for Excellence in French.
