Wellesley Track & Field’s Anderson Second in 10000m at New England Division III Championship

SPRINGFIELD, Mass. - Senior Claire Anderson (Denver, Colo.) competed in the 10000 meter race on Friday evening for Wellesley College track & field in the New England Division III Championship, held at Blake Track & Field.

Anderson placed second in the 10000 meter event with a personal best time of 36:23.57 to earn eight points for the Blue. Anderson's time currently ranks 25th this season in all of Division III.

Day two of the New England Division III Championship is tomorrow. Wellesley's first event will begin at 10:00 AM.
