Kourtney Bonsey joins Wellesley for her first season as an assistant coach with the cross country and track & field programs in 2015.

Bonsey comes to Wellesley after spending the past two years as a Graduate Assistant Coach for the cross country and track & field programs at Regis College in Weston, Mass.

A four-year scholar-athlete at Division I University of Maine, Bonsey captained the team during her senior season in 2012-13. She placed fourth in the 10,000m at the 2012 America East Conference Outdoor Championships and eighth in the 5,000m at 2012 America East Indoor Championships. In addition, she was a student-athlete mentor and a tutor in Educational Psychology on campus.

A 2013 graduate of the University of Maine Orono with a degree in English, Bonsey obtained her Masters in Special Education from Regis in 2015. She is a USTFCCCA Level I Certified Coach.
