On Saturday, Wellesley College senior point guard Leslie Leong played in the 2015 New England Women’s Basketball Association (NEWBA) Senior Classic. The game was played at Smith College in Northampton.

The Wellesley College basketball team closed out its 2013-14 season with a hard-fought 58-51 loss to Endicott College on Wednesday evening in the ECAC Tournament Quarterfinals. The second-seeded Gulls improve to 21-7, while the Blue end their season with a 16-10 mark.

Seniors Leslie Leong and Katie Shulenberger celebrated their final regular season home game by leading the Wellesley basketball team to a 62-44 win over Mount Holyoke on Saturday at Keohane Sports Center. Leong recorded a triple-double in the win, with 15 points, 12 rebounds, and 11 assists. Shulenberger, meanwhile, recorded a career-high 13 points.
