Autumn Overhiser Joins Wellesley Athletic Training Staff

WELLESLEY, Mass. -- Niki Rybko, Director of Sports Medicine and Well-being at Wellesley College, has announced the hiring of Autumn Overhiser MS, LAT, ATC as an Assistant Athletic Trainer. 

Overhiser joins Wellesley Athletics after spending the 2018-19 academic year as an Athletic Training Fellow at Harvard University. At Harvard, Overhiser provided patient centered care for the men's water polo and women's lacrosse teams while completing rotations shadowing physicians in a variety of specializations. Prior to arriving in Cambridge, Overhiser was a Graduate Assistant Athletic Trainer at Centre College while completing her Masters of Science in Athletic Training at the University of Kentucky. At Centre, she worked with the women's volleyball, men's lacrosse, and men and women's cross country, swim and dive, and track and field teams.

A native of Shorewood, Illinois, Overhiser graduated from North Central College with a bachelors degree in Athletic Training in 2015.
