-Use two tennis balls taped together and place them horizontal on the upper to middle rhomboids (shoulder blade) area.
-Relax the head and bend the knees (if necessary)
-Begin by performing flexion and extension of the shoulder (arms overhead to by the sides leg)
-Feel the scapulas rotating upward and downward to help release any adhesions
-At no point should the tennis balls be place directly bone or spinal column
