Power Jerk Behind Neck

1. Hold the Bar on your back shoulders. 2. Dip and Explode the hip to propel the bar overhead. 3. During the explosion portion of the Power Jerk, jump your feet out into a 1/4 squat position. 3. Make sure head finish though with your arm locked out and aligned with your ears. 4. Bring bar back to your shoulder and bring your feet back together.
