Wellesley Golf Sees Seven Make Liberty League All-Academic Team

Wellesley Golf saw seven team members make the Liberty League All-Academic Team.

TROY, N.Y. – The Liberty League released its 2023 Spring All-Academic Women's Golf Team on Thursday. A total of 24 student-athletes made the team, including seven members of Wellesley College golf.

Seniors Caroline MacVicar (Tuscaloosa, Ala.) and Kate MacVicar (Tuscaloosa, Ala.) both made the list for the third consecutive season. 

Junior Emma Lim (Skillman, N.J.) received the honor for the second time while classmate Marilyn Fang (Beijing, China) made her debut on the All-Academic team.

Also making their inaugural All-Academic team were Wellesley sophomores Norah Catlin (Wesley Chapel, Fla.), Elizabeth Kim (Riverside, Calif.), and Abby Luo (Guangzhou, China).

In order to be eligible for the Liberty League All-Academic teams, student-athletes must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.30 or higher and must be a sophomore or higher in class standing.
