WELLESLEY, Mass. - The College Sports Communicators (CSC) released the Academic All-District At-Large Team on Tuesday. Wellesley College golf seniors Caroline MacVicar (Tuscaloosa, Ala.) and Kate MacVicar (Tuscaloosa, Ala.) were among the honorees.

The award is given to athletes who in addition to being impactful on their respective team, have a cumulative GPA of at least 3.50, and have achieved second year status at their academic institution.

Caroline MacVicar tied for sixth at the Liberty League Championship with a 154 (77-77) to make her second career All-Liberty League Second Team appearance. Caroline MacVicar also tied for third at the Vassar College Classic this season with a 74 and finished in the top-10 at the Jack Leaman Invitaional.

Kate MacVicar earned third at the Liberty League Championship with a 152 (75-77) to make a second consecutive All-Liberty League First Team. Kate MacVicar also set a program-low 36-hole score with a 147 (74-73) that was good for second place at the NEIGA Championship, and won Wellesley's Tri-Match against Bowdoin and Bates with a 75.
