Wellesley Lacrosse Earns Five Spots on NEWMAC Academic All-Conference

WESTWOOD, Mass. -- Wellesley College lacrosse placed five members of its team on the 2024 NEWMAC Women's Lacrosse Academic All-Conference Team. Senior Gabrielle Shell (Columbus, Ohio) leads the way with a third consecutive honor.
Sophomores Allie Beighle (Missoula, Mont.), Tamasyn Hill (Boise, Idaho), Anna Blake Patrick (Portland, Ore.) and Finley Tipton (Coppell, Texas) all earn recognition in their first year of eligibility.
Honorees must have met the following criteria: earned a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.5/4.0 scale or 4.35/5.0 scale after the 2023 fall semester, achieved second year academic status at their institution, and been a member of the varsity team for the entire season.

NEWMAC Announces 2024 NEWMAC Women's Lacrosse Academic All-Conference Honorees
The New England Women's and Men's Athletic Conference (NEWMAC) consists of 12 highly selective institutions committed to academic excellence: Babson College, Clark University, U.S Coast Guard Academy, Emerson College, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Mount Holyoke College, Salve Regina University, Smith College, Springfield College, Wellesley College, Wheaton College, and Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
