WELLESLEY, Mass. – Senior Juliette Fry (Atlanta, Ga.) scored a pair of goals and added two assist as Wellesley College soccer celebrated senior day, as part of Homecoming weekend, with a 7-0 victory over Sarah Lawrence College on Saturday. The Blue improve to 5-1-1 overall with their fifth non-conference victory of the year. Sarah Lawrence dips to 3-4-0 following their third consecutive loss.

Fry was one of four seniors to score for the Blue, as Rianna Aylward (Bend, Ore.), Mary Lou Ferguson (Atlanta, Ga.) and Darlene Dang (Danville, Calif.) each added second half goals. For Aylward, a defender and a New England Women's and Men's Athletic Conference (NEWMAC) second team All-Conference selection in 2014, the goal was her first in 67 career games.

Ferguson also added an assist, setting up Fry for the game's first goal less than ten minutes into the contest. Sophomore Shawna Dunham (Paradise Valley, Ariz.) added the next goal at 24:29, as another senior got on the score sheet when Abby Hess (Claremont, Calif.) tallied an assist on the play.

Fry then added her second goal, scoring unassisted at 30:12, before junior Maddie Carlborg (Burbank, Calif.) scored her team-leading fifth goal of the season, at 38:01, to send the Blue into the break with a 4-0 lead.

In the second half, Fry set up Aylward, at 53:23, before helping the Blue strike again less than two minutes later when she assisted on Ferguson's marker. Dang then added the seventh and final goal, scoring less than two minutes after Ferguson netted her first of the season, at 56:47.

The Blue fired 40 shots in the contest, as Sarah Lawrence junior goalkeeper Addie Rosenberg (New York, N.Y.) made 16 saves on 23 shots on goal. Wellesley senior goalkeeper Kat Goldsmith (Armonk, N.Y.) went untested to record her fifth victory of the year.

Wellesley will continue non-conference play on Tuesday night, September 29, at 7:00 PM when they travel to take on No. 12 Brandeis University. Sarah Lawrence will also be on the road for their next contest when they play at Purchase on Wednesday, September 30, at 7:00 PM.
