WELLESLEY, Mass. -- The Wellesley College tennis team will open the spring portion of their season with a #24 national ranking. The Blue will also host the second annual Nor'Easter Bowl from Friday, April 5th through Sunday, April 7th, a "March Madness"-type event featuring eight nationally-ranked teams. The event will also serve host to a "Senior Day" celebration for Wellesley's Elena Bowen

The Blue ended their fall season with an overall record of 8-3 and a NEWMAC record of 6-1.  Wellesley advanced to the NEWMAC Championship where they fell to top-seeded MIT 5-0.
