Wellesley Track and Field Finishes Competition at David Hemery Valentine Invitational

BOSTON, Mass. - Wellesley College track and field concluded their competition at the David Hemery Valentine Invitational at Boston University on Saturday.

First year Ella Whinney (Madison, Wis.), sophomore Aoife Fitzgerald (Paxton, Mass.), first year Claire Peng (Chapel Hill, N.C.), and senior Ellie Murphy-Weise (San Francisco, Calif.) ran a 12:32.47 in the distance medley relay to finish 39th against some of the strongest competition in all of New England.

The Blue race next weekend at Smith in the Sisters Championship at 10:30 AM.
