• 5K (XC) - 19:35.1: 2018 UMASS Dartmouth XC Invite
• 6K (XC) - 23:34.8: 2018 NCAA DIII New England Region Championships

2018: Competed in 7 events as a sophomore for the Blue...Seven Sisters Champion (23:06.0 - 6K)...earned All-Region honors with a 24th place finish at the NCAA DIII New England Championships, while setting a 6K PR (22:34.8)...earned NEWMAC All Conference honors with a 9th place finish at the NEWMAC Championships (19:48.2 - 5K).

2017: First year runner competed in seven events for the Blue, opening the season with a 16th place finish (20:50.4) at the Wellesley Invitational... finished fourth among Wellesley runners and 40th overall at the 2017 NEWMAC Championship with a collegiate PR of 20:22.1... established a collegiate 6K PR of 23:44.9 at the NCAA DIII New England Region Championships.

Before Wellesley: Attended Yarmouth High School... graduated in 2017... was a two-sport athlete in cross country running and nordic skiing... participated on the cross country running team for 3 years and participated on the nordic skiing team for 4 years... helped guide Yarmouth High School in Class B State Cross Country Championship as a Junior in 2015... was captain of the Cross-Country team during senior year... Was MVP for nordic skiing during senior season...was an all-state cross country runner and nordic skier junior and senior season.

Personal: Daughter of Katy and Tony Cowles... born in Springfield, Massachusetts... has two siblings, Zhi and Sadie Cowles... chose to attend Wellesley because she was inspired and interested in all of the programs offered at Wellesley College.
