Linda K. Vaughan Award For Exceptional Service
Established in 1989 as the Friends of Wellesley Athletics Exceptional Service Award, and renamed in 2010 to honor Linda K. Vaughan, this award recognizes an individual who has demonstrated relentless passion in support of Wellesley’s accomplishments in recreational and competitive athletics and who has shown the team spirit, creativity, courage and leadership that exemplify Linda Vaughan’s belief that the way we play the game and the way we live our lives is more important than the final score.
