Bio

2022-23:

• Helped the Blue place 27th against Division I competition at the Head of the Housatonic
• Part of 4th Varsity 8+ boat that finished second in the NEWMAC Championship (7:27.9)
• Member of the 2nd Varsity 4+ boat that took fourth at the New England Rowing Championship
• Came in third in the Varsity 4+ open final at the National Invitational Rowing Championship (8:18.796)

2021-22:

• Rowed in the Varsity 4+ at the Washington Invitational with a first place finish
• Rowed in the 3rd Varsity 8+ on Apr. 3 for a second place finish
• Rowed in the Varsity 4+ at Tufts on Apr. 9  

2020-21:

• Did not participate due to Covid-19 Pandemic

Before Wellesley: 

• Attended Girls Academic Leadership Academy, graduated in 2020
• Was a two-sport athlete in soccer and tennis
• Helped guide GALA to quarter finals for soccer in 2020
• Was captain of the soccer team in senior year
• Played varsity doubles No. 1 and No. 2

• Daughter to Dina Monterroso and Isaias Hansten
• Was born in Los Angeles, Calif.

Why Wellesley:

• Chose to attend Wellesley because she wanted to experience the other coast for college and not stay in California
