Wegner Sets Personal Best in the 50 Free at the NCAA Division III Swimming & Diving Championships

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – Swimming & diving senior Jessica Wegner (Taipei, Taiwan) set a new personal record in the 50 Free at the 2022 NCAA Division III Swimming & Diving Championships at the IU Natatorium in Indianapolis, Indiana on Wednesday. 

Wegner completed the swim in just 24.13 seconds and took first place in the second heat. The time set a new PR, beating out her previous best of 24.66 at the 2019 MIT Winter Invitational. Wegner did not advance to the 50 Free finals which begin tonight at 6:00 PM. 

Wegner will compete in the 100 Fly tomorrow with preliminaries starting at 10:00 AM.
